URGR 2012
We had another beautiful year at the same rendezvous site on 300 acres
of private property at 10,000' elevation.
We had 39 camps! Not bad for only our second year. We gave away another
custom made trunk for a grand aggregate.
The top prize in the raffle was a flintlock rifle. Thanks to another
grant from the Virginia Christensen Fund,
we have operating money for next year. We were able to purchase first
place prizes for the next years kids events
at this years rendezvous. We gave out $350 in trader bucks to our
competitors in Knife & Hawk, Archery, Rifle and
fire Starting. Next year we will be in the same location. We are
looking at another private ranch down the road
for 2014. Hope to see you in 2013!!!

Because we had a balance carried forward from last year, we are in the
black.
